The smallest of the Nuits holdings, sitting at the northern edge of the appellation on the Vosne boundary, at the foot of the combe on the stony fan deposits laid down where the valley opens onto the Côte. That position makes it more exposed and better drained than the two lieux-dits to the south, and also the most variable of the three from one year to the next.
