Coteaux Bourguignons Blanc et Rouge

26.27 ares blanc · 52.29 ares rouge
The two smallest cuvées in the range, and the two least seen. The appellation was created in 2011 to replace Bourgogne Grand Ordinaire, so these entries reflect an administrative reclassification rather than any new planting, and it permits Pinot Noir, Gamay, Chardonnay and Aligoté, singly or blended. Both are sold exclusively in Japan through Takashimaya, the arrangement that until 2026 also covered the Auxey-Duresses Les Lavières, which is why they are effectively unknown outside that market.
