Trade
Terroirs works with sommeliers, restaurants, hotels, independent wine merchants and distributors across the UK. The portfolio is deliberately small and several wines are made in very limited quantities, so allocations matter.
HOW WE WORK
Allocation-led. All our producers work at a small scale. Some are sold primarily en primeur, with limited physical stock thereafter and some are sold as physical stock in the UK; allocations tend to settle naturally across on-trade and off-trade accounts depending on availability.
Bonded or duty-paid. We can sell under bond or duty-paid, as suits your account. Our UK stock is held in bond at LCB Gateway, Burton upon Trent.
Pricing. Trade pricing is shared on account opening. We don’t publish it publicly, out of respect for our producers and our customers.
Payment terms. Agreed account by account, subject to credit check and trade references.
Minimum order. None.

DELIVERY
UK-wide delivery, from our bond at LCB Gateway, Burton upon Trent. Orders placed before midday ship next working day, subject to stock and destination.
Delivery is free within Greater London for orders over £500 ex-VAT. Elsewhere, delivery is quoted on confirmation of the order.
OPENING AN ACCOUNT
The first step is an email. Tell us a little about your business and the wines you’re interested in, and we’ll take it from there. Once things look like they’re heading toward a first order, we’ll send you our onboarding form to formalise the account.
COMPLIANCE
Terroirs Wines Ltd is a UK-registered limited company, VAT-registered, with full EORI for importing into the UK, and AWRS-registered for the wholesale of alcohol. Full registration numbers are listed in the footer.
