Probably the most coveted village lieu-dit in all of Puligny-Montrachet. Enseignières sits directly below Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet, on the same line of soil as its illustrious neighbour, and the wines from it punch consistently at Premier Cru level. Coche-Dury and Domaine d'Auvenay both own vines here, and the visibility and reputation of the cru today owe them a great deal. Bottled by the domaine for the first time in 2025, this is one of the cuvées in the new range to look out for.
